This a limited edition necklace that I've made combining a hand carved bone bead in the form of a perfectly detailed human skull and my 'mortality' amulet. Both were hung on a sterling silver charm holder and then on a nice solid Rolo chain.
Mortality: this amulet is an impression of an antique wax letter seal which dates to the early 1800's. It features the image of a human skull. The text surrounding it states in French 'j'ai ete je suis, tu seras' or As you are, so once was I. Reminding us that our ultimate destinies are all the same...
This charm is 6cm from the loop at the top of the charm holder to the end of the skull..
The Chain comes in a choice of lengths, and you can choose your length in the drop down menu during checkout. Each link is individually soldered so there is no chance you will loose your amulets. The chain closes with a lobster clasp and includes a small 'SWALK' tag.
This necklace will come boxed and ribboned ready for gifting.... it will be send by registered post and you can track you parcel online.
