Handmade, sterling silver coffin pendant featuring a lovely amethyst.

Many of the seals in my shop, which date to the Victorian period, have a lot to do with Memento Mori, seizing the day and living life to the fullest.

I was dying to use some stones in my work and was inspired by these sentiments. I also looked for inspiration in churches and of course graveyards due to the shape of the stones. The last two pictures in this listing shows you the sources of my inspirations.

This Amethyst coffin pendant measures 24mm x 12mm including the bail ring
It is set in a handmade sterling silver setting, which was oxidised to highlight the details.
