This wax seal pendant was cast from an antique stamp from the 1800's.
These were used to seal letters and correspondence and come is a huge variety of designs, mottos, sentiments, heraldry and proverbs... This seal features the image of a 'horn of plenty' or cornucopia. The cornucopia is filled to the brim with seeds, fruits and cereals. It represents here an abundance of nourishment and plenty. The text states…. BE THANKFUL, reminding the wearer to be grateful for the abundance of good things and blessings in their lives.
