This hand is pretty small. It measures 1.4cm from the top of the wrist to the tips of the fingers and 7.6mm at its widest.
The stone sits comfortably the palm of the hand and is held in place with a handmade sterling bezel. I have left the back open so that you can see the stone sitting in the palm. This allows light to shine through the stone, but also adds to the whimsy.
